To support the industrial upgrade of Nanfang Auto Parts City and address parking challenges for both merchants and customers, COWAIN delivered a PSH two-level lift-and-slide parking system, providing an efficient solution for maximizing limited parking space.

Located at the intersection of Dingxiang Road and Meigui Road in Beigang Subdistrict, Zhonglou District, Changzhou, the project combines a modular steel structure with an intelligent control system.

Using only 50% of the land area required for conventional surface parking, the system provides 140 parking spaces across two levels, significantly increasing parking capacity within the same footprint.

With a vehicle access time of less than 90 seconds, the system enables efficient vehicle turnover and provides reliable parking support for the auto parts market, which handles more than 1,000 vehicle movements per day.
